This seems to be the most appropriate way to keep in touch with our pals whilst on the move - until now I assumed that the word 'Blog' was merely the second name of each and every girl Ollie has attempted to pull in a night club. I think you can comment and contribute on here, it would be wonderful to hear from you all as the days/weeks/months pass.
So we now have less than two weeks until our departure from these shores. Our shopping lists are nearly complete and the bulk of the hideous booking fees have now been spent. As I write this first blog, I have visions of Ben seeking out the most appropriate place in his satchel to fit his hair straighteners whilst weighing up the pros and cons of taking only 12 tubs of hair wax. I feel for you Ben, I truly do.
We fly from a particular London airport (I can't specify which for fear the paparazzi), on the 25th destined for NYC. From there we shall commence the first phase of our plan and travel down the east coast of America. I'm sure there will be number of hilarious anecdotes to tell along the way so please come back here to inspect our progress, we'll try and keep the posts/photos as up to date as possible.
From now until when we go, let us know of any advice you have for us as well as any recommended destinations.
